Jyotish ( vedic astorlogy) come from two words
Jyoti means Light and Ish means Lord ( who own something), so it means Lord of
Light or Sun. Vedic Jyotish is based on principle of Sun.
It has three
main parts -
i. Mathematical calculation ( Ganana)
ii. Predictive astrology ( Phalit Jyotish)
iii. Mundane Astrology
Astrology is a knowledge of our Vedas and Rishi
Muni ( spritual scienctist). It can be stuided as both Systematic Science and a
Spiritual and Religious Subject. ( This is my personal View)
Per Astrology there are Nine Planets - Sun, Moon , Mars, Mercury, Jupiter , Venus,
Saturn, Rahu ( shadow Planet) and Ketu ( Shadow Planet).
Vedic Astrology ( Jyothis Shastra) can help us
resolving our daily life problems and also it help in forecasting our future
events.
